The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 is New Zealand’s workplace health and safety law which came into effect on 4 April 2016. Under this Act, Superchill is required to ensure where reasonably practicable, that the workplace, the means of entering and exiting the workplace, and anything arising from the workplace are without risks to the health and safety of any person. This complies with section 37 of the Act.
Once we have completed an analysis and outlined any risks associated with the project, we review the reports and determine and prioritise those that require more immediate attention.
By doing so, we ensure our workers and the needs of others are given the highest level of protection from workplace health and safety risks.
Our goal is to ensure our job sites are a safe and enjoyable place to work and undertake business. Our team includes Independant Qualified Personnel (IQP).
